It took us a long time to train ourselves, select and test the varieties we chose to find the optimum roasting profiles and when after many sampling tests, we were sure of our blends and quality, we bought the Stronghold S8X roaster to ensure you get the same fine coffee we tasted and approved.
However, roasting to drinking fine coffee, requires quality is ensured till the last stage: serving your coffee, and thus we manage with great care the temperature and the materials our coffee is stored and packaged with.
In our shop, we clean and maintain our equipment every day and we strive for cleanliness and Health & Safety best practices.
Whoever partners or works with us is trained to commit to Quality, every day and at all times.
